How to Play Number Sum Decimal

1. A grid of decimal numbers is displayed, with target sums shown on the right side (for rows) and bottom (for columns).
2. Click or tap numbers to select them (number will be enclosed in circle) or deselect/remove them (scratched out and erased).
3. Your task: Keep only the numbers that make the exact sum matching the target for every row and every column simultaneously.
4. Use logic: Eliminate numbers too large for a target, spot obvious includes/excludes, and cross-check rows vs. columns until only one solution remains.
5. Complete the puzzle when all row and column sums are correct — no extras or missing values allowed!
